All our instructors are commercial or air transport pilots with respected airlines, have grading experiences of their own and have one or more type ratings. They are all certified to instruct for the 5 hours BIAF and IR and most instructors are also certified SFI (Synthetic Flight Instructor) or TRI (Type Rate Instructor).
Almost all these instructors have done a large portion of their training with IST and are thankfull for that. They were able to enjoy much more simulator training for their budget than they were used to elsewhere. Out of gratitude and passion some of these pilots have "stuck around" and continu the same serious and good atmosphere. Except that they now give training, instead of receiving it.
